Distribution/Use Policy for 2007-2008 Photographs

During our we 2007-2008 we are pleased to have a professional lighting designer provide lighting designs for most of our shows. However, because of this, the photographs from those shows contain what is legally his "intellectual property" and thusly cannot be freely distributed. He has allowed a select number of photos from each to be posted on the website for public viewing only.

If you wish to see all the photos from a show (typically in the 100+ range), you will need to purchase a cd from the designer/photographer at the price of $10 per show. This goes towards the cost of the cd, his time editing each photo, and his time as the photographer for the show.

Additionally, when you purchase a cd of show photos you will have to sign a form stating that you intend to only use the photos for your personal viewing, and agree not to distribute the photos under any circumstance, nor use the photos in a way that results in you receiving money for them without the written consent of the designer/photographer.

If you wish to purchase a cd of show photos please contact James Helms via e-mail. Once your order is placed it typically takes between 2-3 days for your cd to made, and would be made available to your child at Parkview, or can be shipped for an additional shipping fee.

Payment can be made in cash or check (made payable to James Helms).
